from the SPIRIT of our brand.
S
Strategy + Structure
We believe for creativity to thrive, there must be order and a clear framework.
With strategy and structure as part of our core values, we are able to provide context and direction for our creative expressions and offerings, allowing for greater relevance and impact across target market segments.
P
Pragmatism
We believe business best practices in the arts and culture sector are only as useful as their practical application and rollout.
Being pragmatic in our approach to creative work allows us to bring minimum viable products to market that clients can benefit from immediately, while giving us the opportunity to further develop, refine, and scale our output.
I
Integrity
We believe in holding ourselves to the highest levels of artistic integrity and creative authenticity.
Artistic integrity is critical to our quality assurance process, as it ensures that our products and services consistently meet the highest standards.
R
Relevance
We believe in producing and curating products, services, and content that are relevant to the market segments they are meant to serve.
By ensuring relevance across all offerings, we deliver high value to our clients, customers, and audiences at every touchpoint.
I
Innovation
We believe in constantly innovating to create the products, services, and dynamic content we provide to our audiences.
Through our commitment to innovation, we are able to meet market demand consistently and, in some instances, drive industry trends.
T
Tech-Focus
We believe in incorporating modern technological resources at the heart of our business operations.
By leveraging technology to streamline processes, we maintain production efficiency and ensure that our products, services, and dynamic content are readily accessible to clients and audiences.
“We use technology not for the sake of it, but to solve problems and build scalable, sustainable systems.”
A Firm "NO!"
Most ventures begin with a bold idea. Ours began with a refusal.
A refusal to let creativity be diminished by disorganization. A refusal to let visionary minds go unseen because they lacked systems. A refusal to separate art from strategy, or tech from tenderness.
ABCtech is the elegant convergence of structure, spirit, and story.
Getting Started As Kei Dubb
It all began under the name Kei Dubb, a stage name turned startup by our founder, who saw firsthand the gaps in Jamaica’s creative economy. With no viable management models available in the local entertainment industry, she registered her own business, rolled up her sleeves, and began designing frameworks that would allow creatives to move from chaos to clarity.
Using traditional business models as a base, she reverse-engineered them for artists and service-based brands. Pricing systems became acronyms. Abstract deliverables became quantifiable packages. A five-minute stage performance on a backing track was no longer just a vibe, it was a product. And every product could now be tracked, resourced, and scaled. One of her signature systems, the PRICE model, helped creators determine unit costs and package structures through five clear principles: Product, Resources, Innovation, Cost, and Execution.
By applying business principles to artistic expression, she carried the design of an ecosystem where creativity and commerce could coexist without compromise. She also used technology to continue automating and developing those systems and refining what would eventually become the digital backbone of ABCtech.

Scaling Sustainably and Replicating Success
That early vision, and her work building streamlined digital tools to support it, led to her selection as a Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellow. From there, the doors opened. International recognition came not just for the idea, but for the systems behind the idea. Strategy, automation, and cultural nuance became the core of her craft.
As her portfolio expanded, so did the vision. With the support of her mother and the inspiration of community, ABCtech emerged as the parent brand for a powerful ecosystem of ideas: Kei Dubb (now Kei Dubb 365 LIVE – the app), Tech It Like a Girl, Black Girl Politica, and more. Each arm of ABCtech reflects a real-world need. Each product, program, and partnership is built to scale with intention.
We are not here just to manage content. We manage meaning.
We are culturally fluent, tech-forward, and unapologetically creative. We are Caribbean-born and globally aligned. We are ABCtech—and this is only the beginning.
From Our Founder
At ABCtech, our work is grounded in one belief:
technology should make life and work better for people.
I created ABCtech to help organisations build systems that support their teams, strengthen how they communicate, and make everyday operations easier. Over the years, our work has expanded into creative arts, policy education, and community-centred digital programmes, all connected by a simple mission: to help people succeed with clarity and confidence.
Each of our four practices reflects a part of that mission:
- Breaking down policy so people can understand and participate through Black Girl Politica
- Giving people the skills they need to grow through Tech It Like A Girl
- Creating safe and expressive spaces through Kei Dubb 365 LIVE
- Strengthening business operations and digital systems through Creative-Tech Suites
Together, these practices form an ecosystem that supports leaders, organisations, and communities wherever they are in their journey. Everything we build is aimed at helping you operate with more structure, more ease, and more success.
